Who is who
The agency is the data fiduciary. Vischari is its processor. A client such as Tejas Pharma is a recipient of one blinded CV, for one job, with the candidate's consent.

Items for Agency Confirmation

Approximately one hour with the agency
- Existing database import. Blocks build What format is it in (Excel, a CRM export, a folder of CVs), how large is it, and what consent do those candidates have today? This sets the import plan and the first consent campaign.
- Naukri Resdex. Does the agency hold a Resdex subscription, and can it get API access? Without it, the search stays on Naukri's own site.
- WhatsApp Business. Which number will be used, and who completes Meta business verification? Templates need Meta approval, which takes days.
- Calendars. Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, per recruiter?
- Fee terms per client. We need the signed terms for the four active clients, to load them as the first contracts.
- Invoice numbering and Tally. The current series, the financial year reset, and the Tally version for export.
- GST registration details. GSTIN, place of supply rules, and whether any client needs reverse charge or a special format. Is e-invoicing (IRN) mandatory at the agency's turnover, and can its CA confirm SAC 998512 for placement fees?
- Commission policy. Is 10% of fee collected, split 60/40, correct? Any slabs, caps or clawback if a candidate leaves?
- Client portal in phase 1? Or email plus the feedback link only? Both write to the same record.
- Recruiter visibility. Do recruiters see all clients, or only their own?
- Legal review. The agency's adviser should confirm the fiduciary position, the retention periods and the consent-to-represent wording.
- Custom domain. Use youragency.yojakee.com, or a domain the agency owns?
Item 1 is the only one that blocks the start of build. The rest can be settled while foundation work proceeds.

Sign-off and data
The agency confirms the workflow in this deck and answers the 12 open items. It shares the existing database, client fee terms and templates.
Phase 02
Core build
Tenant setup, client CRM and contracts, job intake, sourcing with Resdex and LinkedIn capture, agency job board, resume-first apply, parsing and scoring, ownership and duplicate rules, blinded CV and consent gate, scheduling, client feedback links, offers and guarantee clock, GST invoicing, commission, WhatsApp and email templates, AI search, retention engine, roles, KPIs and reports.
Phase 03
Pilot with one client
Run one client's live jobs end to end, from brief to invoice. Template wording and consent text get their final form from real candidates and a real client.
Phase 04
Go live and handover
All clients move across. The database is imported with its consent status, and the first renewal campaign starts. The team is trained, and the support window begins.
